Grief doesn’t follow a timeline—and yet, so many people are expected to “move on” before they’ve even had a chance to breathe.


This program is designed for those who want to move through their grief—not ignore it, not rush it, but truly understand it and grow with it.


Beyond Grief: From Loss to Purpose is a 12-week one-to-one coaching experience that gently supports you in navigating the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of loss, and helps you reconnect with meaning, identity, and a sense of peace.

What to expect

 Over the course of 12 (usually weekly) private, virtual coaching sessions, we’ll work together to:

  • Process your loss in a safe, structured, and deeply personal way
     
  • Understand the unique shape of your grief—because no two journeys are the same
     
  • Move from emotional heaviness to lightness, at your pace
     
  • Rebuild your sense of self and explore what life can look like moving forward
     
  • Begin to transform your pain into purpose—without guilt or pressure

What's Included

  1. 12 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (via Zoom)
    Each session is tailored to your journey and grounded in compassion and safety.
     
  2. Grief-specific coaching + therapeutic tools
    We draw on a unique blend of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnotherapy to help you:
    • Release stuck emotions like guilt, anger, or fear
    • Reframe limiting beliefs about grief and your future
    • Begin healing from the inside out
     
  3. Support Between Sessions
    You’ll have access to a private online portal and secure messaging system (via Simply.Coach) to stay connected, share reflections, and receive gentle guidance throughout the week.
     
  4. Personalised “Between Session” Practice
    You’ll receive weekly journal prompts, self-reflection tasks, or practices designed to keep you grounded, focused, and gently progressing.
     
  5. Guided Meditations + Visualisations
    Access calming, grief-informed resources to support emotional release, sleep, grounding, and reconnection with self.
     
  6. Accountability + Encouragement
    I’ll help you stay supported and on track—not with pressure, but with care. You’ll never feel alone in this journey.
