Grief Coaching

for when everything has changed and you're finding your way forward.

One to one grief coaching, online, for when everything feels unfamiliar and you are finding your way one step at a time.

Struggling with grief, feeling like...

...nobody really understands what you’re going through, and you feel alone even around people who care.

...everything is overwhelming, like there’s too much in your head and no clear next step.

...your emotions shift constantly, from intense to numb, and you don’t know how to steady yourself.

...you can’t focus, make decisions, or trust yourself to know what you need.

If any of that sounds like where you are, you don't have to work it out on your own.

We can start where you are right now.

Life Beyond Grief Starts With One Small Step

When you’re grieving, even the simplest parts of daily life can feel heavy. Getting out of bed, focusing, making decisions, knowing what you need, all of it can feel unclear and overwhelming.

If talking things through hasn’t been enough, and you’re looking for something more supportive and practical, you don’t have to move through this on your own.

We start with what matters most right now, helping you feel more steady in your day to day life. From there, we gently support you to process what you’re carrying, in a way that feels manageable.

And over time, you begin to understand who you are now, as things shift and change, finding a way to move forward with more ease and a greater sense of peace.

Beyond Grief gives YOU:

  • A Safe Space That Follows Your Needs
No pressure, no judgement, no one-size-fits-all process. You’ll be met with compassion and guided at a pace that feels steady and supportive for you, especially on the days you feel like you’re barely coping.

  • Tools to Regain Function and Clearer Thinking
You’ll learn practical ways to calm overwhelm, steady your emotions, and find your footing again; so getting up in the morning, focusing, and moving through the day starts to feel more possible.

  • A New Way to Carry Love Into Your Future
Grief isn’t about letting go. It’s about learning to carry something that mattered to you, in a different way. Together, we’ll explore what this loss has changed for you, how it’s shaped the way you see yourself and your life now, and how to move forward without leaving that behind. So it becomes part of you in a way that feels steady, meaningful, and true to who you are now.

How we work together

Beyond Grief - From Loss to Purpose

My one to one programme is twelve sessions, just the two of us, online over Zoom so you can be somewhere you feel comfortable. Each session is approx. 60 minutes, depending on what we uncover together. Most people come weekly or fortnightly, whichever feels manageable.

We start with a free discovery call. It runs anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour, depending on how much you want to say and how long it takes to feel at ease with me. No pressure at the end of it, either way.

If it feels right, we begin. Some people book all twelve in one go. Most book the next one at the end of the session before, so you're never further ahead than you want to be.

There is a cost, and I'll talk you through it properly on the call, before you decide anything.

The Coaching Process

1 - Book a free discovery call

We talk about what you're going through, and whether I'm the right support for you. No pressure either way.

2 - We start where you are

We begin with what matters most right now, so daily life starts to feel steadier.

3 - Space to process

Together we work through what you're carrying, at a pace that feels manageable.

4 - Carrying love forward

You find a way to move forward that feels true to who you are now, without leaving anything behind.

Why is it safe to talk to me?

I'm Lisa. I've lost my gran, my dad and, more recently, my mum, at different stages of my life. I know what it is to keep going when everything familiar has gone.

Alongside space to talk, you get practical tools. I'm a grief coach, a Master NLP Practitioner, a hypnotherapist and a Timeline Therapist, and I use those to help you steady yourself on the days that feel unmanageable.

Sessions are one to one over Zoom, so you can be somewhere you feel comfortable. What you tell me stays between the two of us.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are sessions delivered?

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own home. All you need is a computer, laptop, or tablet with a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you feel safe to talk.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Everything you share with me in our sessions is treated with care and kept confidential. The only time I may need to break confidentiality is if I’m seriously concerned about your safety or someone else’s safety, or if I’m required to do so by law. If that ever came up, I would always aim to talk it through with you gently and clearly.

Is grief coaching right for me?

Grief coaching can be right for you if you’re living with loss and you want compassionate, practical support to help you cope day to day, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to find steadier ground again. It’s especially helpful if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted from “holding it together,” or you want more than simply talking — you want tools, guidance, and a space that follows your needs.

You don’t have to be “ready” or know exactly what you need. If you’re unsure, the best next step is to book a free discovery call so we can gently explore what you’re going through and whether I’m the right support for you.

What happens after the Discovery Call?

If it feels like the right fit, we begin. My programme is twelve one to one sessions, online over Zoom.

You don't have to commit to all twelve up front. Most people book the next session at the end of the one before, so you're never further ahead than you want to be. If you'd rather put them all in the diary at once, you can.

There is a cost, and I'll talk you through it on the discovery call, before you decide anything. I'd rather you heard what's involved first.

not ready to talk yet? That's ok!

Sometimes the first step isn’t talking. It’s quietly getting to know someone, feeling safe, and allowing trust to build over time.
